Founded in 1975, SCORE has been a grassroots partner with club sports, working at the national, state, and local levels to provide uniforms and equipment for youth sports. While we have historically focused on soccer, SCORE now provides uniforms and equipment across a range of sports including flag football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and more. SCORE has manufacturing facilities in North America, enabling us to provide custom uniforms faster and with exceptional quality. The Marketing Manager at Score Sports will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth across all channels. This role will oversee digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and promotional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that highlight Score Sports’ legacy of quality, innovation, and community in athletic apparel and team sports. About You
5–10 years of experience in brand marketing, sports marketing, or consumer marketing, ideally with a mix of youth sports, teamwear, or lifestyle apparel. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications. MBA preferred, but not required. Strong storytelling and content creation background (writing, social, digital campaigns). Experience working in high-growth, resource-constrained environments; can operate strategically and execute tactically. Knowledge of grassroots sports ecosystems (clubs, leagues, governing bodies) is a plus. Comfortable collaborating across sales, partnerships, product, and operations teams. Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, decisive, and unafraid to build from zero. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and external partners. Data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Positioning
Develop and manage SCORE’s brand narrative, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
Content and Campaign Development
Inclusive of social media presence and website experience Includes digital content creation + promotion across major channels Build brand playbooks and campaign guidelines for internal team execution
Partnership Activation
Collaborate with partnerships team to activate on national partnerships and additional co-branded campaigns Manage event marketing (including partner events, sales conferences, community activations, etc.) Build ambassador and influencer program to amplify SCORE’s brand within existing key markets
Infrastructure and Measurement
Establish core marketing infrastructure (CRM, marketing calendar, content workflows, tech stack, etc.) Develop, track and report on major digital KPIs - engagement, lead generation, conversions, etc. Manage external agencies / freelancers as needed in conjunction with the business development team (creative, PR, paid media).
Pay & Benefits
Score Sports offers competitive pay and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. Base Salary $100,000 - $115,000, depending on experience. Location
