Implement the Montessori curriculum (with assistance of the Director, a School Education Manager, Team Lead, or faculty mentor) and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:
Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field; previous lead teacher experience preferred.
Completed a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree and coursework in early childhood education preferred.
Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options:
Lead Teacher – 19.09-19.84 hourly
Health Insurance – Medical, dental, vision & FSA for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time workers
