Overview
Infosys is seeking a Windchill Data Migration Expert. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities Lead and execute Windchill PLM data migration projects (including BOM, EBOM to MBOM, and legacy data). Minimum 4-5 successful Windchill migration projects executed using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM). Deep expertise in WBM tool execution including Extraction, Transformation, Loading & Validation (ETLV) process. Strong scripting and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server) for large dataset analysis and migration validation. Experience in CAD migration and at least one migration from a non Windchill system to Windchill. Experience working with customers for migration requirements gathering, source data analysis and data mapping. Proven hands-on experience as a Data Migration Architect within PLM Enterprise systems primarily PTC Windchill. Proven expertise in BOM data, EBOM to MBOM transformation, and legacy data mapping. Demonstrated ability to manage onsite and offshore teams during project execution. Good experience on CAD/ERP integrations and related data flows.
Qualifications
Min 11 years of IT experience. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education. Candidate location: Richardson, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Raleigh, NC. Travel to project locations required. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Certifications in Windchill, PMP, Agile, or related areas.
