This hybrid role combines Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless support for the brand’s C-Suite or Founders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level executive support to C-Suite executives or Founders, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Assist with personal tasks for executives, including appointments, errands, and reservations. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Oversee general administrative functions such as office supply management, vendor coordination, and event support. Anticipate needs and provide strategic, proactive support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a combined EA/PA role, supporting C-Level executives or Founders. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools. Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. Flexible, adaptable, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Bring
