Serve as the first line of expert support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues for customers and dealers Provide clear guidance on installation, maintenance, and repair procedures to empower technicians Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address recurring technical issues Manage complex challenges involving electrical systems, plumbing layouts, and software components Assist in training sessions to enhance the skills and confidence of internal teams Qualifications

Proven experience in spa system diagnostics and technical troubleshooting Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration Customer-focused mindset with excellent conflict resolution techniques Familiarity with electrical wiring, plumbing, and control panels High school diploma or equivalent required; Watkins technical certification or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred Preferred Qualifications
