The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all inventory-related functions, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting materials. This role also supports shipping operations and ensures accurate, compliant documentation across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all inventory activities, including receiving, issuing, stocking, and cycle counting. Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability within ERP/WMS systems, including job creation, import/export compliance, and outside processing. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials; issue parts and materials to production. Create and maintain jobs and work orders in the ERP system for production builds, special projects, and replenishment. Coordinate outside processing/subcontracting, including transferring and receiving materials to and from external suppliers. Prepare and process domestic and international shipping documents in compliance with carrier, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support import/export compliance by maintaining HTS, ECCN, and COO records and assisting with customs documentation. Schedule freight, book carriers, and ensure on-time deliveries and pickups. Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material discrepancies or delays. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing. Bilingual (Spanish/English) - verbal and written. Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Epicor experience preferred. Knowledge of import/export regulations (HTS, ECCN, COO, customs documentation) preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
