About the Role Wilson Engineers has a staff of more than 190 personnel specializing in water and wastewater engineering and construction management. We are dedicated to delivering ethical, reliable, high-quality services to our clients based on innovation, while sustaining a challenging and rewarding work environment for our greatest assets, our employees.
We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office (this job is not remote nor hybrid).
Responsibilities
Experience working in Water and Wastewater field. Relevant experience shall include design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans.
Experience with construction-related engineering services with the ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, issuing Engineers Directives etc.
Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities.
Requirements
Civil Engineering Degree (Professional Engineer (PE) license).
Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience in Water/Wastewater related design and experience with construction-related engineering services.
Ability to work in a team environment with the work involving studies, detailed design and engineering services during construction.
Ability to take technical direction from Project Managers or Principals and complete design tasks and elements. Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
