What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve quota across both new and existing accounts

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts and ensure product adoption

Deliver compelling presentations to district-level stakeholders about educational solutions

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the K-12 education sector

Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline health in Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of successful business development, sales, and account management experience

Experience with technology-based curriculum products, preferably in literacy/reading

Deep knowledge of the K–12 education landscape, including funding cycles and decision-making hierarchies

Proven track record of sales goal attainment and closing complex deals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Existing contacts in K-12 education within the geographical territory

Proficient in using Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suites, and video conferencing software

Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders

Experience in presenting to groups and decision-makers both in-person and virtually
