What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to improve deal execution and customer experience

Manage complex escalations and address sales process obstacles

Oversee bug reporting and enhancement requests for the Salesforce CPQ tool

Partner with stakeholders to define strategies for product, pricing, and deal evaluations

Support the Manager of Sales Operations in aligning technology roadmaps with business priorities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in business, operations, consulting, or technology

Experience with lead-to-cash processes and platforms

3 years of experience with Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) software or relevant systems

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills and understanding of program management techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Admin

Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Power BI, Tableau, and AWS

Ability to build reports in Salesforce and Power BI
