We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Feldkamp Mechanical. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, supporting both the logistical and inventory management needs of our HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels as needed. Organize and prioritize the storage of materials and equipment. Prepare and package items for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to project sites. Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in regular warehouse audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Collaborate with team members and project managers to fulfill material requests and resolve discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification not required) Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
