Job Description/Responsibilities:
Developer with a good number of certifications who also has social and training skills to encourage and support career growth by being part of a team of developers for Salesforce initiatives in the client environment.
The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 certifications and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience. The individual must possess flexibility and patience to understand individuals from the surrounding neighborhood and have a social understanding of managing these resources.
The resource needs to spend 25-30% of their time on training and hand-holding, with 70% or less on development.
4-5 SF certifications and 5+ years of SF experience. Good customization skills including Apex and LWCs. Develop Salesforce business application solutions using configuration and customization with Apex, Visualforce pages, Flows, Aura, and Lightning components. Proactive with a solution-providing mindset. Stakeholder management skills.
