Job Summary Live Nation’s Concerts Division is where tours are born, artists come to life, and fans experience the rush of live music. What This Role Will Do Sell VIP Upgrades, Premium Seats, Priority Entry, and other premium upgrade products to General Admission concert patrons on nights of shows.
Handle the sale from pitch to payment processing and experience fulfillment as a VIP Host.
Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout the venue visit, ensuring all clients receive a VIP experience and anticipating their needs.
Recognize Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP clients to instill appreciation for membership and patronage.
Build strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
Coordinate evening operations with Ops Director, servers, and security to ensure premium experiences are delivered.
Execute nightly VIP setup, including check‑in, VIP seating areas, VIP table top personalization, and VIP area signage as needed.
Maintain a professional, articulate vocabulary and grooming standards.
Occasionally work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue evening.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of high‑end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations with high‑end guest relations.
Problem solving, diplomacy, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Experience selling to high‑end, VIP clients.
Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
Flexible schedule.
Physical Demands / Working Environment Fast‑paced, loud, and stressful environment.
Extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
