Job Details Position: Care Provider – All Shifts – Urgently Hiring Hours: Full‑time and part‑time shifts Pay: $19.50 – $20.75 per hour (depending on experience) Location: The Ivy at Golden Gate, 1601 19th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94122. Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining their self‑respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Report any observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition to a supervisor immediately. Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests according to safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. Qualifications Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma or GED. Excellent customer service skills. Strong desire to work with the elderly. Effective written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, and families. Must pass a criminal background check and health screenings (physical and TB tests). Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination/PPE guidelines as required by Oakmont Management Group.
