Provide technical support and guidance to production teams. Evaluate equipment and process capabilities to ensure quality and compliance. Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to grow team capability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience with PFMEA, DFM, or 2P/3P process introduction tools. SolidWorks proficiency. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Hands‑on, results‑driven; familiarity with lean principles a plus. Physical & Work Requirements: Lift 25–50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, twist, and carry tools/materials.
