Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Sylmar, CA. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering and have experience in a manufacturing engineering discipline.
Rate Range: $45.00/hour to $48.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Manufacturing Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Exercise technical skills and business understanding to lead in a specific manufacturing engineering discipline.
- Set direction for and take ownership of complex technical tasks involving multiple inter-coordinating elements.
- Anticipate and identify key issues, applying creative thinking and new methods to resolve challenges where precedent may not exist.
- Consider system-wide impacts when implementing new approaches or solutions.
- Engage in peer reviews to validate task approaches and verification/validation activities.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven ability to lead technical tasks and resolve complex engineering problems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business dynamics.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
