Guidex Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for a Rubber Manufacturing facility specializing in Aerospace/Defense components. The company is ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 certified, ITAR registered, and DOD and NIST 800-171 compliant, ensuring the highest quality and security standards.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order flow, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The candidate will also assist with purchasing and scheduling of production.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between customers and the company, providing professional and timely communication.

Review purchase orders, contracts, and customer flow‑down requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules as needed.

Maintain document control for both print and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with record retention standards.

Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations, and shipping documents.

Enter and track customer orders in the MRP system; coordinate with production and shipping teams.

Monitor customer portals, scorecards, and service metrics to ensure high performance and satisfaction.

Support internal compliance efforts related to ISO, AS9100, ITAR, and DOD requirements.

Coordinate purchasing activities and production scheduling to meet customer delivery timelines and material requirements.

Education & Experience

8+ years of relevant administrative or contract management experience.

Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments highly preferred.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR, or NIST 800-171 compliance is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with MRP or ERP systems.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
