Lewis Brisbois’ Denver, CO office, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, actively seeks an associate attorney to join its General Liability Practice.
Qualifications
Strong research and writing skills.
3–5 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation: case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.
Responsibilities
Represent defendants in general liability cases, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Participate in case strategy, manage case files, and coordinate with senior attorneys.
Conduct depositions, arbitrations, and courtroom advocacy.
Collaborate with a team of seasoned trial attorneys.
