QA/QC Manager
with a strong background in
electrical construction
to support a major infrastructure project in
Annapolis, Maryland . This is a
hands‑on, field‑based
position focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout every phase of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site QA/QC efforts, maintaining a strong field presence during all phases of construction.
Conduct daily inspections and verify installation compliance with drawings, specifications, and electrical codes (NEC, NESC, etc.).
Identify and document deficiencies and non‑conformances while driving timely corrective actions.
Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including reports, field logs, punch lists, and test records.
Participate in commissioning, inspections, and project closeout activities.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and owner representatives to align on quality standards and expectations.
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety policies, including proper use of PPE, ladders, and scaffolding as needed.
Preferred Background
Several years of QA/QC experience in electrical construction, high‑voltage (HV), MEP, or utility‑scale projects.
In‑depth understanding of power distribution, substation equipment, and MEP integration.
Experience with Procore, HVAC, chillers, and data center environments.
Exposure to clean room construction or owner’s representative roles is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.
