About The Role We're seeking a Senior Manager, Education + Events to accelerate sales by owning & executing a best‑in‑class strategy for global education and consumer‑facing events. You'll design and implement specialized brand and product training content to support our Sales team + retailer Beauty Advisors. Your educational content will include videos, digital learning tools, in‑store print materials, live‑training guides, and events (both in‑store and out‑of‑store). You'll partner closely with internal teams like Field Sales, Brand Marketing, and Creative. You'll also work with external partners like our retail partners, translation services, and other vendors. You'll report to the VP of Sales.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in Brand Education and Training. Corporate experience preferred.
Strong understanding of the skincare category: common ingredients, formulas, benefits, and consumer needs.
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
Passion for beauty; beauty industry experience required.
Experience working with key beauty retailers (Sephora, Ulta) from the brand side — developing and executing education programs, events, and training initiatives.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment; comfortable being the sole education lead owning strategy and execution end‑to‑end.
Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Extremely detail‑oriented, able to manage a diverse and evolving workload.
Outstanding time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Able to commute to the NYC office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Available for various weekend and evening events on a scheduled, ad‑hoc basis.
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
