THE ROLE Responsibilities
Collaborate with design teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to grasp project vision.
Use design software to create project designs, draft plans, drawings, and models according to project specifications and FAA regulations.
Learn FAA regulations.
Ensure precision and project safety through meticulous design attention.
Tackle design challenges creatively, resolving complex problems.
Support project managers with construction administration tasks.
Perform project tasks and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
Complete project tasks from start to finish, supporting project and client services managers.
Learn and apply construction methodologies to help oversee onsite project builds.
Meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Your Strengths
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering technology, or equivalent ABET‑accredited engineering program
0–3+ years of experience with civil engineering design and construction projects
Engineer‑In‑Training (EIT) professional designation preferred or willing to obtain soon after hire
Exposure to engineering design software such as AutoCAD or Civil3D
Technical mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
Strong communication, both verbal and written
Possess a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record required for periodic travel
