Senior Epic Application Analyst (Radiant/Cupid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and support Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid modules.
Approximately 15% to 20% of your time is spent gathering requirements, 50% on builds, and 30% to 35% on implementation and go‑live.
Provide advanced system‑level support of multi‑user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and end‑user support of complex systems.
Gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation, and offer best practices or recommended solutions.
Lead and participate in project planning sessions.
Establish project goals, milestones, and procedures.
Analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
Work closely with project leaders on all aspects of project planning to ensure timely project completion.
Work with outside departments to promote, educate, and train on current applications.
Collaborate with other members of the Information Systems staff, clinical and operational departments, and other personnel to achieve the project's established goals.
This opportunity is a contract‑to‑hire (3 to 6 months) position in the Atlanta area. You will work from home the majority of the time. Approximately 25% of the time, you will be on‑site at different offices in the Atlanta area for meetings and implementations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of Epic experience
Strong Epic Radiant experience
Epic Radiant certification
Systems analysis experience
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, and an in-depth understanding of application support.
Ability to become an SME on our modules
Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation, and offer best practices or recommended solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Epic Cupid
Ambulatory certification
Community Connect experience
Bachelor's Degree
