As a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing lease and sales transactions on behalf of property owners, investors, and tenants. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is looking for uncapped income potential. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, referrals, and local market research Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties Conduct market analyses and property valuations Create marketing materials and property listings Tour available properties with clients and provide strategic real estate solutions Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate trends, zoning, and development projects Collaborate with senior broker to execute transactions efficiently Qualifications
Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one quickly) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently Familiarity with commercial real estate or a background in sales, finance, or business is a plus Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, etc.) is beneficial What We Offer
