Johns Hopkins University & Medicine - Development and Alumni Relations . This position is part of the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine (FJHM) development and alumni relations team, supporting entities across Johns Hopkins Medicine including clinical departments, hospitals, satellite clinics, and the School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate in the development of strategies and innovations to advance the work of corporate engagement and enhance the impact of corporate giving.

Research funding opportunities and areas of growth; make recommendations to senior team members regarding alignment with campus areas of excellence.

Map alumni relationships with large employers, identify and engage representatives of corporate and business entities.

Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other interactions to engage corporate prospects and donors. Work closely with multiple contacts across an entity to ensure engagement, reporting, and stewardship are maximized.

Assist in the drafting, editing, and compilation of proposals, grants, and reports.

Manage a small portfolio and meet annual work plan metrics based on corporate engagement goals.

Represent the school/division/unit and Johns Hopkins University at various functions.

Serve as a resource and answer questions pertaining to specific corporate engagement programs, events, and activities.

Create, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate prospects, donors, faculty, volunteers, guests, and colleagues.

Execute special projects and other duties as assigned.

Additional duties include managing year‑round CMNH campaigns, representing the JHCC corporate relations team at non‑corporate events, managing the Kids Helping Hopkins program, and providing assistance with the Corporate Advisory Board.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Two years of related experience.

Additional education may substitute for required experience and vice‑versa, according to JHU equivalency guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
