As a Sr. Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing and O&G industry segments within Capgemini Invent. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments.
Role Expectations
Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Product Engineering
Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programs
Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model
Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance
Develop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the client
Strong understanding of the value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutions
Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities/cross-offers
Experience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions.
Experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the strategic plan in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts.
Program Management: Manage the execution of programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meeting customer requirements.
Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with projects and operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies ensuring compliance
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Understand the sales process and associated events and levers within Capgemini Invent.

Professional Blogs: You contribute to blog posts in your domain / area of expertise and proactively extend your business network.
Innovation: Drive innovation in products and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
