Position Overview We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with a creative mindset and analytical skills to help elevate our online presence and drive growth across multiple sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and more). The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands e‑commerce dynamics, and thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Assist in the creation of engaging marketing materials — from ad creatives to landing pages and newsletters.
Manage and monitor ad budgets, conversion tracking, and ROAS performance.
Support growth initiatives through A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or consumer brands.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising.
Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to visual detail and tone.
Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
