We currently have a need for an Geologist/Environmental Scientist in our Brooklyn, NY office.

Responsibilities

Preparation of ASTM‑compliant Phase I/II ESAs

Site investigations and drilling/excavation oversight, including soil and groundwater sampling

Soil logging and geologic formation reporting

Field equipment operation (PID meters, Horiba instruments, water pumps, etc.)

Oversight of groundwater monitoring well installations and construction activities, including UST investigations and closures

Implementation of construction monitoring programs such as CAMP and work‑zone monitoring

Field activity report writing and assistance to project managers with summary reports and documentation

Participate in 8‑hour shifts

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field

1‑2 years of experience (entry‑level candidates considered)

Valid driver’s license and vehicle for field work

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, reliable, detail oriented, and a team player

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits package

Compensation range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (salary determined by qualifications and location)
