$112,900.00/yr - $169,500.00/yr
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. This job contributes to Starbucks Success by developing, optimizing and executing our in-store signage, menu, packaging, stored value card and other print programs to achieve our goal of customer‑centered marketing across multiple channels. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and flawless execution of complex creative projects and programs for all print deliverables, working cross‑functionally with many stakeholders. This position will also educate and influence individuals and teams in print‑related matters – helping to deliver agility, continuous improvement, collaboration and a growth mindset to our creative practice, enabling us to effectively and efficiently scale communications.
Responsibilities
Execution of multiple print production projects, deliverables, timelines and identifying risk.
Act as liaison with external vendors, managing proofing, production, press approvals and budget management.
Work cross‑functionally with project managers, fulfillment managers, creative design and business teams to deliver on projects.
Look for process improvement, cost savings, and other opportunities within the scope of all projects.
Ensures the direction of creative is communicated to production and technical teams, acting as liaison for both functional areas.
Qualifications
Education: BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar field required.
Skills: Comprehensive understanding of litho and digital print production principles and methodology required; experience with flexo and rotogravure processes a plus.
Skills: Cross‑functional communication skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skills.
Skills: Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results.
Skills: Able to execute best‑in‑class vendor management processes independently; understands print production, vendors, and their capabilities.
Skills: Ability & willingness to adapt new technologies & concepts quickly; interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems.
Experience: 5‑8 years.
