We’re seeking a

Senior PX4 Software Engineer

to lead the development, customization, and optimization of flight control software for next‑generation autonomous aircraft. You’ll own flight stack tuning, control algorithm design, and flight system integration for VTOL vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PX4 customization for VTOL and hybrid aircraft

Develop and tune flight control algorithms and transition logic

Integrate with avionics, payloads, and ground control software

Support simulation and HIL environments for testing

Conduct data‑driven analysis from flight tests

Qualifications

8+ years in aerospace, robotics, or autonomous systems software

5+ years with PX4 or similar flight control systems

Strong C++ in embedded or real‑time systems

Deep understanding of control theory and state estimation

Experience with VTOL or UAV flight testing

Nice to Have

ROS2, MAVLink, Gazebo

CI/CD pipelines

Autonomous flight experience

Compensation $130k–$160k + Bonus + Equity + Benefits
