About the Role Customer Success Manager, Mid‑Market.
What You’ll Do
Drive customer adoption and effective use of Closinglock by monitoring product usage and rollout.
Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders and executives to understand business goals.
Own renewals, generate growth opportunities, manage risk and minimize churn.
Conduct business reviews and on‑site meetings to demonstrate value.
Identify product improvements based on customer needs and market trends.
Maintain regular communication through phone, email, and semi‑annual visits.
Help build company culture and serve as a voice for CSMs.
Lead peers to exceed objectives and champion change.
Travel 5‑10% for customer sites and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of customer‑success, account‑management or consulting experience focused on Mid‑Market customers.
Post‑sale experience required.
Strong history of renewing and expanding contracts.
Empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
Deep understanding of recurring‑revenue value drivers.
Experience servicing large, complex organizations.
Result‑oriented, optimistic, proactive, adaptable.
Innovative, persuasive, and curious about customers’ businesses.
