Company Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and services for youth sports. Children have fun while learning the fundamentals of sport, building healthy habits and life skills that last a lifetime.

Position We are seeking coaches for our multi‑sport enrichment program to work with preschoolers. Coaches can work 5–15 classes a week and earn $25–$30 per class.

Responsibilities

Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.

Apply a non‑competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress‑free.

Use positive reinforcement to encourage improved performance and celebrate success.

Maintain a positive culture and be open to feedback while following the Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Classes are scheduled in 35–60 minute increments during these hours.

Location & Travel Classes are held across preschools, day‑care centers, parks, and recreation centers in Santa Clara County (Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Almaden). Coaches are expected to travel up to 30 minutes to a class location.

Requirements

Complete 12 child development online or college credits.

Willing and able to travel to multiple locations in Santa Clara County.

Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred: Experience working with preschool‑age children (teachers, camp counselors, coaches).

Confident teaching in front of a group.

Successful at juggling multiple tasks.

Build rapport with students, teachers, directors, and parents daily.

Must be available to work 3 mornings or 3 afternoons (or a combination) per week.
