QA Automation Tester Job at Akkodis Group Nordics in Sunnyvale

Overview

Akkodis is seeking a QA Automation Tester for a Contract job with a client in Sunrise, FL. The ideal candidate will be a proficient automation engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and Java, capable of building robust test frameworks and executing automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and Java frameworks.
• Implement QA frameworks and strategies, including API automation and CI/CD integration with Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Rally.
• Create comprehensive test plans, conduct test case reviews, and perform regression testing.
• Ensure alignment of testing strategies with credit card servicing processes and organizational standards.
• Identify and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing with Selenium and Java.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience in financial services or credit card servicing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
