Position: HR Generalist (Potential Senior HR Generalist)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is a creative problem‑solver and self‑starter.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll for a 200‑person organization.
Serve as the primary admin for the organization’s HRIS (Paylocity) platform.
Support employees with benefits, policy, and other HR‑related questions as needed.
Coordinate training and development and other employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of HR experience, with an emphasis on payroll and HRIS.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality; and highly organized/detail‑oriented.
