What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of the microbiology lab and perform routine testing when needed
Guide and support lab personnel and collaborate with site stakeholders
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR‑Part 111 and 117 regulations
Drive investigations, issue deviations, and implement corrective actions
Oversee documentation, KPIs, and performance goals
Maintain and improve SOPs, protocols, and specifications
Contribute to audits and initiatives that enhance quality systems
What We’re Looking For
A BA in biology or microbiology required (Master’s or PhD preferred)
Proven experience in lab supervision and regulatory compliance
Strong communication and inclusive leadership skills
Ability to mentor and empower team members
Familiarity with CAPA, OOS investigations, and quality systems
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
A commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement
