Director of Rehabilitation – Full Time (Rogue Valley Manor, Medford, OR)
Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Director of Rehabilitation at Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, OR. The position supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility rehab department and coordinates care between the facility and rehab staff.

Job Summary The Director of Rehab serves as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff, coordinating and integrating care across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the rehab department to ensure efficient operation.
Coordinate and integrate care between facility and rehab staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate (PTA or COTA) or a Bachelor of Science (PT, OT, or SLP) from an accredited program, or a Master of Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state license and meeting all certification and licensure requirements.
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (screening requirements may vary by location).
Two years clinical experience preferred, with experience in geriatric care.
Management experience in a skilled setting preferred.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
