Oversight of all functional areas of receiving, shipping, storage, distribution of goods, and logistics will be essential. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies, providing coaching and guidance to associates, leads, and supervisors, and maintaining high productivity and technical integrity across all warehouse functions.
Responsibilities
Direct the strategic operations of receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution.
Coach and guide associates, leads, and supervisors to maximize team productivity.
Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures, and maintain adherence to PPE/hygiene policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to optimize warehouse performance.
Coordinate objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Provide training programs based on quarterly performance reviews and continuous improvement needs.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of inventory and ingredients.
Conduct internal audits and manage nonconformities from internal and external audits.
Assist management in providing support and ensuring documentation and design controls are appropriate.
Maintain a culture aligned with Hello Fresh’s core values and provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
At least 5 years of warehouse management experience with a demonstrated record of accomplishments.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and effective communicator with the ability to give clear direction.
Time management skills, with the ability to monitor production and maintain productivity.
Computer literacy for data input and reporting.
