Responsibilities

Lead large and small technical projects; continuously optimize technical support services to lines of business; improve quality, timeliness of cyber forensic products and services; develop innovative solutions.

Direct and supervise support resources (direct hires and subcontractors), manage the technical direction of projects from requirements gathering, analysis, and verification through design, implementation, and testing to satisfy business performance objectives.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and analytical guidance to project teams; recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutioning for technical problems.

Supervise professional and technical personnel across many disciplines, prepare and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation.

Direct and coach scrum team members using Agile best practices, remove impediments, foster a high‑performing team environment, lead sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives, and work with stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements and compliance.

Ensure stakeholder requirements are mapped in Jira, metrics are reported, ISO/IEC and NIST standards and guidance are followed, and support the transformation of applications to cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Security Clearance: Requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Experience: Technology project management, systems engineering, systems design, and/or configuration management. Demonstrated experience running a DEVSECOPS CI/CD pipeline and managing a development team.

Certifications: SAFe 5.0 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) with 3 years of experience, plus at least one of AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CSEP, or PMP.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience; OR Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience; OR PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience. Degree must be within Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.

In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required and one of the following active certifications: CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, FITSP-A, FITSP-M, GFACT, or GSLC.

Target Salary Range:

$135,000 - $216,000

(Base pay only; depends on experience, education, and location. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.)
