Load and transport equipment using the company van (driver’s license required).

Verify event logistics (arrival times, parking, power, serving setup, etc.).

Collaborate with Regional Manager on staffing coverage and vehicle maintenance.

Client Experience & Feedback

Represent the Far Out brand with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Collect and relay client feedback post‑event to August (Director of Events).

Support repeat business opportunities by delivering consistently excellent service.

Team & Communication

Participate in a 15‑minute weekly check‑in with August and Brad.

Report event summaries, quality control notes, and any operational needs.

Ability to pick up in‑store shifts if they want more hours and to familiarize themselves with the brand and operation.

Qualifications

2–3 years of food service or hospitality experience (event/catering experience preferred).

Valid U.S. driver’s license; comfort driving large vehicles (van training provided).

Strong communication and leadership skills — confident managing small teams.

Ability to stay on feet for extended periods and lift and move equipment to and from different sites.

Excellent customer service instincts with calmness under pressure.

Dependable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.

Availability on weekends and evenings (typical event times).

6‑month minimum commitment preferred.
