We are currently seeking an
Operations Manager
at the TownePlace Suites Fort Lauderdale hotel.
Responsibilities
Assist in generating maximum financial performance during the assigned shift in alignment with company direction, policies, and procedures.
Champion all aspects of the Company Mission Statement, emphasizing Superior Guest Service and Product Quality.
Operate the hotel during the assigned shift, including property inspections, shift briefings, short‑term training, and problem resolution.
Maintain and support the organization's professional image and high ethics.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal/leadership skills and a caring approach toward team members.
Adopt a guest‑first approach.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of front‑of‑house operations experience.
College education (2 years) required; 4‑year college degree preferred.
Previous hotel management experience preferred.
Computer experience preferred.
