Overview
Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career‑minded Junior Financial Analyst to support the Retail and Net‑Leased Team in the Denver office. The role is full‑time, based in downtown Denver.
Base Pay Range Hourly: $28.85 – $31.25 per hour.
Responsibilities
Underwrite single‑tenant and multi‑tenant retail properties at a high level.
Pull sales comparables and use Argus for valuation.
Assist the Marketing Coordinator, craft investment highlights and location overviews.
Manage and oversee team research projects.
Analyze property visitor statistics using Placer.AI.
Draft detailed write‑ups on retailers, investment highlights, and location overviews.
Work alongside lead agents to determine financial needs.
Attend meetings with brokers and clients to explain underwriting.
Communicate with Director of Operations and Marketing Coordinator to create marketing materials and assist in the escrow/closing process.
Provide general team support based on client needs.
Required Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
Proficient in Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
