Ensuring alignment with compliance, legal, and patient experience goals. Performs related duties as required.Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, technology or business field. Or, in lieu of a degree, six (6) years of related professional experience, managing or supporting technology in clinical, education, or business environments will be considered. Technology experience should be focused on infrastructure type projects in healthcare information systems, clinical informatics, data management and administration. Proven success in IT project management, with demonstrable proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Must have demonstrated experience working with clinicians, academics, and/or researchers in a support and/or facilitation role. Able to exercise problem-solving skills and good judgment based on guiding principles and organizational policies/practices.Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Strong leadership potential with experience presenting to executive audiences. Must be customer focused.* rd party management.* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.* Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).* Experience with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in infrastructure projects.* Master’s degree in IT or related field.* Epic CertificationActive PMP and/or Epic Certifications (considered) in relevant Core technologies.
