We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant with deep expertise in SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors, specifically focused on North America (NA) payroll.

The ideal candidate will support payroll operations, system integrations, and process improvements across multiple projects.

This role requires strong functional knowledge, configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a functional expert for SAP North America payroll, including implementation, upgrades, and process optimization.

Configure and customize SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.

Ensure accurate payroll processing including off-cycle runs, BSI Tax Factory, tax compliance, posting, and reporting.

Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Compensation, and others.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align SAP HR solutions with business requirements.

Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

Work across multiple projects, supporting both strategic initiatives and operational needs.

Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals.

Stay current with SAP and SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations and upgrades.

Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors integration and modules (Employee Central Payroll, Compensation).

Strong understanding of North America payroll processes and compliance requirements.

Experience with BSI Tax Factory and payroll reporting.

Ability to work in Houston time zone; remote work possible with occasional travel to Houston.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working across multiple SAP HR projects.

Familiarity with integrated systems and cross‑module functionality.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
