Support the creation of multimedia assets—including graphics, video clips, and stories—in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behavior across multiple platforms to identify real-time opportunities for engagement and growth.

Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimize future content strategies.

Engage with audiences daily, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an authentic, consistent brand voice across platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and events teams to integrate sponsor messaging and promotional campaigns.

Assist with on-site social media coverage during festivals and events (content capture, live posting, behind-the-scenes coverage).

1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or entertainment property.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, detail, and consistency.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics dashboards (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.

Experience with basic video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles, audience segmentation, and content optimization.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while managing multiple brand voices and projects.

Enthusiasm for film, comedy, culture, and community engagement.
