Orca Pacific: A Monks Company . We are a full‑time, performance‑focused creative agency that builds media campaigns emphasizing measurable results. The position reports to the Associate Director of Creative Production and collaborates closely with Accounts Services, clients, and internal creative teams to deliver direct‑response video, animation, design, and copy that drives paid platform performance.
About The Role
Build and expand the creative offering for a top performance marketing agency.
Partner with the Accounts Services team and clients to create high‑impact creative that drives measurable outcomes.
Operate as the fulcrum between concept and execution—working closely with designers, editors, and animators.
Translate creative briefs into paid‑platform assets for Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
Take ownership of project scoping, quoting, scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure timely, exceptional delivery.
Collaborate with copywriters and client stakeholders to develop compelling scripts and concepts.
Creative Production Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of direct‑response media, platform best practices, and paid‑media strategy.
Produce short‑form video, animation, and graphics with efficient timelines.
Co‑create pitches, treatments, proposals, and deliverables with clients and creative teams.
Serve as the quality‑assurance bridge between internal teams and clients, facilitating smooth external deliveries.
Ensure creative meets or exceeds agency standards, offering new angles and best practices.
Maintain up‑to‑date skill sets for emerging formats and production cadences.
Team Collaboration
Partner with editors, animators, and designers across national teams.
Improve creative production processes by sharing new solutions and best practices.
Foster joint opportunities with Account & Channel teams to grow agency projects.
Coordinate across time zones to deliver design concepts that boost paid‑media performance.
Requirements
3‑5 years of technical performance‑creative production experience (preferably at a performance‑focused agency).
Portfolio is required.
Client‑facing communication experience.
Exceptional organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Deep familiarity with short‑form content and production cadences.
4‑year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for Facebook/Instagram ads.
Experience with banner ad design (IAB standards).
Ability to generate presentation decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
Prior agency experience and B2C/B2B knowledge.
UGC production experience.
Additional Skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize within tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project management proficiency and time‑management skills.
Openness to feedback and collaborative mindset.

Compensation Salary Range: $86,000—$100,000 USD.
