Experience & Qualifications Needed
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in an automotive finance-related role
Strong understanding of automotive lending processes, financing products, and customer credit profiles
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
Ability to contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership by identifying additional product opportunities, such as extended warranties, insurance, and GAP coverage
Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
Strong persuasion skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer focus
Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities
Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present financing options.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates for customers.
Structure deals to maximize profitability for the dealership while ensuring the best financing terms for customers.
Assist customers with completing credit applications and other required documents.
Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and federal/state regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle sales processes and delivery.
