Responsibilities
Execute The Collective’s lead generation systems weekly.
Consult with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers with confidence.
Track activities and progress in PLACE Technology.
Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly.
Participate fully in team activities, events, and standards.
Commit to weekly coaching sessions, training, and the PLACE Partner Call.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a servant‑leader’s heart. You thrive on connecting with people, uncovering their needs, and helping them achieve success. Prospecting and lead generation come naturally to you, and you don’t shy away from challenges or objections.
Licensed real estate professional (or actively pursuing licensure).
Team player who believes in collaboration over competition.
Learning-based and growth-minded, always seeking improvement.
Willing to master proven scripts, dialogues, and systems.
Strong communicator with excellent time management skills.
Committed to creating results for yourself, your clients, and your team.
