Front of House Receptionist Duties
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ability to communicate in English, proficiency in other languages is a PLUS
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, and manage reservations and seating arrangements, including waitlist management during peak times
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Process payments and handle cash transactions.
Assist with training new staff members as needed.
