About the Role The Senior Director, Solution Assurance at

Kinaxis

is responsible for overseeing the Solution Assurance team, ensuring solution quality, completeness of the solution blueprint and design. As a trusted advisor to both external customers and internal project teams, you will collaborate with customers and their SI Partners, aligning with best practices, customer requirements, and implementation methodology. This role demands strong leadership, deep project management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex software implementations in the supply chain industry.

What You Will Do

Understand customer needs and objectives, help them assess the quality of the Solution, offer expert recommendations to ensure customer specific requirements are being fulfilled and design gaps are addressed.

Oversee quality of delivery and provide proactive support for SI Partner‑led projects, ensuring reduced post‑blueprinting escalations.

Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and mutually successful project outcomes.

Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects, balancing workload and skillsets of Solution Assurance team members to meet project requirements, deadlines and maximize profitability.

Communicate project status, updates, and risks to clients in a clear and timely manner and address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Senior Delivery Managers, and Business Architects responsible for ensuring the quality and completeness of customer solutions.

Continuously assess and refine solution assurance processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure adherence to best practices and processes while addressing the customer requirements.

What We Are Looking For Primary Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain, business or related post‑secondary education.

15+ years demonstrated progressive experience in client delivery and implementations with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, focusing on large, complex, technical, multimillion‑dollar projects.

10+ years leading, mentoring and coaching a team of professionals.

Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and leading high‑performing teams to achieve and exceed targets.

Excellent negotiation, influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive‑level clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.

Adept at overseeing the full project life cycles concurrently, including identifying and defining project scopes and goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.

Role‑Specific Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of Kinaxis’ products and services, with Kinaxis experience in a senior, customer‑facing role.

Deep understanding of the supply chain industry, including key challenges, trends, and competitive landscape.

Willingness to travel as needed to project execution and client interactions.

Location This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA.
