Division Chief, Pediatric Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery
The Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Division Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a well-established, collaborative, and highly respected team dedicated to advancing pediatric ENT care across Indiana and beyond. We are seeking an experienced academic leader with a passion for clinical excellence, education, and research innovation. The successful candidate will help shape the future of pediatric otolaryngology at the nation’s largest medical school and grow the division with a clear vision for the future.
Position Highlights
Clinical Focus: 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
Academic Opportunities: Teaching medical students, residents, and fellows; Mentorship and leadership within the division

Qualifications
MD or equivalent terminal degree
Board Certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery
Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
Demonstrated leadership experience in academic medicine
Commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and research
Academic rank and track commensurate with experience and accomplishments
Clinical Scope
Aerodigestive and complex airway disorders (including a multidisciplinary aerodigestive clinic)
Sleep surgery
Head and neck masses and congenital malformations
Rhinology and craniofacial disorders
Laryngology and vascular anomalies
Otology, including a well-established cochlear implant program
