Be part of our team Tubulis is developing new antibody‑drug‑conjugates (ADCs) aimed at treating cancer. Based on state‑of‑the‑art ADC technology platforms TubTag® and Tubutecan® Tubulis is a global leader in ADC development. With two programs in clinical development phase I/IIa, and a promising pipeline with new clinical candidates as well as new core technologies at the horizon Tubulis is now looking for a highly motivated European patent attorney who is seeking an opportunity to build up a strong IP estate in a rapidly developing and densely crowded field.
You will report directly into the Global Head of IP. It is expected that the team will grow significantly over the next years.

all IP aspects of one of Tubulis’ core technologies
invention harvesting and drafting patent applications
FTO analyses
publication review
patent prosecution worldwide in close collaboration with external law firms
opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO and similar procedures worldwide
further developing the infrastructure of the IP department, including file and information management
Your profile Qualifications:
PhD in chemistry or biochemistry
Fully qualified European Patent Attorney
1 to 3 years of experience in industry or private practice
Business fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
German Patent Attorney or similar qualification in another major European country
Experience in data mining
