Through integrity and honesty, we know you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long‑lasting positive relationships with Fidelity. Key Responsibilities
Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Act as a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions. Support Fidelity’s most valuable clients daily, identify leads, and make effective introductions. Act as a technology champion for the branch, adopting new tools and sharing knowledge with the team. Qualifications & Experience
Customer service, phone, or financial services experience. Banking, insurance, or financial experience is an excellent addition. Degree and/or professional certifications are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement available for CFP or related degrees. Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients. Aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities. Remarkable attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and organizational skills. Coachable, collaborative, and curious attributes. Certifications & Licenses
Series 07 - FINRA, Series 66 - FINRA Employment Type
Full‑time. Most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M‑F) in a Fidelity office. Legal & Compliance Notice
